“Your hardest battle is between what you know in your head and what you feel in your heart.” -Unknown

You know me. I know you. We are bound together; forever and always.

“How are we feeling? What did we do today? Has life been all we planned? Why did this happen this way?” These questions trail your mind, consuming your entirety. A connection is centered on our physical and emotional self. Oh yeah, I did not forget about our spiritual self which believes in the unthinkable.

Now, when we considered all our sides. Our attention focusing into our emotional state and it means to dictate the wholeness we have within ourselves or lack thereof.

“Why must we focus on what we cannot control? How is live favorable to some but not all? Do we truly understand ourselves?” These questions are meant to readjust your thinking to promote a lack of self-control. Simply, we do not know who we are as the last question proposes for us to contemplate.

While being kept in thought leaves us begging a question: Have we done enough to reach our full potential?

If we were to tell you how to proceed, we would not ask you this question. We might never know what the question addresses and can contextualize a rationalization.

Yet, to carry on leaves us constantly wondering for more, more and you guessed it; more! The need is to push, want, and feed into what is out there without any restraint of our limits. Yes, there are limits which keep us stable from going on overload. Speaking on this whenever a system gathers too much data, it tends to be overused and overwork. Do you have a feeling which word I am OVER with? (We are side glancing in your direction real hard)

You are possibly thinking about if we should fill you with a personal itinerary as to how to solve this dilemma. Well, the rejoicing and unpromising news is to figure it out for yourself! We believe in you, despite all of your preconceived notions of yourself and the manifestations you crafted in your mind to hold yourself back. “YOU” are the answer to living with tenderness, love, care, compassion, empathy, and trust for who you will always be.

An article can tell you about what worked for someone else, but we know you and how you work each time you are experiencing a range of emotions.

Belief in yourself is the start to redefining what drives you to wake up out of bed each morning to “Carpe Diem”: Seizing the day! We imagine you heard this phrase on several occasions and you may have faith in it, but realistically it’s just a way of perceiving the world. This is how you can change.

Find who you are deep down the piercing soul of yourself; the face rarely seen to others. Get comfortable with this side of you. Since, it holds the bond between your perceived self to the world and your actual self.

The manifestation of who you would love to admire and to be, rest in two places. (If you needed a hint; use the photo at the top of the article as a guide)

Allow yourself to rest in this light of tree and be set free from the you, you desperately realize is not worth it anymore.

Sincerely yours,

Heart ❤️ & Mind 🧠
